Thanks to all that joined us in the barn this year, the barn is now closed until 2012. Mark your calendars for 2012 dates March 24-25, March 31-April 1 and April 6-7 (Friday and Saturday) from 10-4 all 6 days. It is time to visit Govin's to see all the baby lambs and other baby farm animals See you in the barn! This is an exciting time of the year here
at Govin's. We invite you to come and enjoy our
lambing
barn. Children of all ages can enjoy seeing lambs nursing and
bouncing around their mothers. While you are here you can learning more about
these wooly creatures. It may be possible to witness the birth of a lamb.
All activities will be in the barn, rain or shine, so dress accordingly. Bring the family and don't forget your camera. Admission is $5.50 per person, Children under age 2 are free. Animals this year to see include sheep, lambs, pig. piglet, cow, calf, goats, kids, dogs, puppies, chicks, llama, horses. There will be horse drawn wagon rides from parking to the barn and wool spinners and crafters in the shed. Lunch is available in the shed.
